She was
a young child, liked by many and loved by her family.  Until, one day,
they came. 
She got
angry.  Very angry, and her anger boiled over into the destruction of
things.  As her mother looked, screaming and crying, tried to calm her
down, thses shadowy, redfleshed monsters appeard in the room and tore her
mother to shreds before her eyes….  The anger was vanquished from her
in and instant only to be replaces with fear and horror.  so much so
that the twelve year old fainted.
No one
in the town could explain what happened.  People started to shun her and
be wary of her.  Time passed.  Her father, unwavering in his love,
kept her safe and protected.  People soon forgot and she was the likable
girl… almost a woman now.
In a
heated moment with a boy she adoured, as she gazed at him, absolute love for
him and seeing that love returned, the monsters appeared agian.  She
screamed in absolute terror as they evicerated him, tearing his flesh from
his body and his heart from his chest. 
The
memories came back.  People shunned her.  People hated her. 
She did not faint this time.  She stared in horror at the body of her
only love.  People stared in horror at her blood stained body. 
'Demon', "devil' 'witch' 'murderer'…. the words stun her body and her
soul.  Like a typical town, they feared what they could not explain and
soon, they attacked. 
The mob,
brandishing nothing more than pitchforks, axes, and scythes, burnt down her
home.  Her father running out was bashed and beaten as he tried to
defend her.  The fear, the hate, the terror boiled over and once more
the monsters came.  They tore into the villages with unmatched ferocity
and killed half a dozen of them, driving them back away from her. 
She
realised it was her.  She ran.  Ran from the village, and ran from
the monsters that protected her…
